Annual Maintainance Contract (AMC)
Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) safeguards you from incurring unexpected expenditure in the event that your product suffers a breakdown. It assures you of complete peace of mind in such situations. Our trained Engineers are well equipped to restore your product back to its normal working condition with the use of genuine spare parts.
AMCs are available in different options to suit every customer’s need and convenience. They can be tailored based on the product class and it’s specific needs. Accordingly, we customize our offerings by having various Assurance Plans.
Our ‘Standard Assurance Plan’, features 4 compulsory service visits a year and a minimum of 10 Units installed on site. This plan does not cover the cost of spares replaced and shall be billed separately.
